By completing and submitting the registration form for training with Advance Safe Consultants, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Registration and Payment
1.1 All participants must complete the registration form in full before attending any course. Registration is considered final upon confirmation from Advance Safe Consultants.
1.2 Payment for training is due upon confirmation of the course registration unless otherwise stated. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, payNow & SkillsFuture credits where eligible.
1.3 Participants may use their SkillsFuture credits, where applicable, to offset training fees. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure they have sufficient SkillsFuture credits available. SkillsFuture claims must be submitted and approved by SkillsFuture before course commencement.
2. Cancellation and Refunds
2.1 If a participant wishes to cancel or transfer their registration, they must notify Advance Safe Consultants in writing. Cancellation requests must be made at least 7 days before the course start date to receive a refund (if applicable).
2.2 If Advance Safe Consultants cancels or reschedules a course, participants will be notified at least 1 week before class starts. A full refund or transfer option will be provided if the course is canceled.
2.3 Participants who fail to attend the course without prior cancellation (No Shows) will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Training Delivery
3.1 Participants will receive access to all relevant course materials (either in printed or digital format) upon course commencement.
3.2 Advance Safe Consultants reserves the right to adjust course schedules and content where necessary.
3.3 Full attendance is required for certification. Failure to attend a minimum of 75% of the course may result in non-issuance of a certificate.
4. Personal Data and Privacy
4.1 The information you provide in this registration form will be used for processing your registration and participation in the training course. This may include sharing your data with SkillsFuture for funding purposes.
4.2 Advance Safe Consultants is committed to protecting your privacy. All personal data will be handled in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore.
5. Certification
5.1 Participants who successfully complete the course will be issued a certificate or card, subject to meeting the minimum attendance and assessment requirements.
5.2 Participants who use SkillsFuture credits for course fees must ensure that all claims and requirements for funding are met, including post-course feedback and any other obligations set by SkillsFuture.
6. Liability
6.1 Advance Safe Consultants will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the course, except for those that result from gross negligence or willful misconduct.
6.2 Advance Safe Consultants will not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations if such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, or strikes.
7. Governing Law
7.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
7.2 Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through the Singapore courts or other dispute resolution mechanisms as agreed upon.
